Job Description :-
Experience designing software testing strategies at a tech company.
Highly developed software troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Excellent bug reporting ability and experience with bug tracking systems.
Prior experience with QA automation tools.
Preferred:
Salesforce platform experience.
Experience working with SaaS products and companies.
Experience with complex, data-driven B2B products.
Prior experience querying (SQL, SOQL, etc) relational databases.
Prior programming experience is a plus.
Experience in an Agile environment.
General Skills
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Inclusive, positive communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of collaborating with technical and non-technical resources.
Self-motivated, responsible, have a spark and curiosity for continuous learning.

Job Responsibilities
Utilize exploratory testing techniques to test new features and bug fixes.
Design and implement test plans – using your knowledge of the development life cycle and test methodologies to design efficient test coverage.
In an Agile environment, collaborate with developers to continuously improve testing strategies and best practices.
Focus on early bug detection, working with developers to apply requirements analysis and the refining of acceptance criteria.
Work in a small, very collaborative environment where processes may be fluid.
Actively participate with a growing team as the company expands.
Help extend QA tool set, including some work with automation strategies.
