Overview We’re hiring an FP&A Manager to partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to translate growth strategy into measurable financial outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex, ambiguous problems—particularly tying marketing spend to revenue, growth, and ROI—and who thrives working cross-functionally outside of traditional finance silos.

This is not a pure corporate FP&A role. Success here requires strong marketing analytics, attribution thinking, and growth modeling alongside solid FP&A fundamentals.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Sales & Marketing to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Build and maintain models connecting marketing spend to revenue and margin (LTV, CAC, ROAS, payback period)

Analyze funnel performance and customer acquisition economics

Help develop and refine attribution and channel performance reporting

Integrate CRM and marketing automation data (HubSpot preferred) into financial models

Deliver actionable insights to optimize ad spend, events, and growth initiatives

Create KPI dashboards and executive‑ready reporting

Conduct ROI, scenario, and sensitivity analyses for new initiatives

Support business cases for new programs, headcount, and growth investments

Collaborate with FP&A peers to improve processes and automate reporting

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of FP&A, finance, analytics, or related experience

Direct experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing teams

Strong understanding of marketing and growth metrics (LTV, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, attribution basics)

Experience working with CRM and marketing automation data (HubSpot preferred)

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; SQL a plus

Comfort presenting insights to non‑finance stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data, or related field
