Email Marketing Specialist
with deep Marketo expertise to support a leading global travel client. In this role, you’ll audit and optimize existing email programs, design scalable, high-performing templates, and build automation that drives personalized, timely campaigns. You’ll partner closely with marketing and technical teams to streamline processes, improve performance, and ensure best-in-class execution. Responsibilities
Audit and enhance existing email marketing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency
Design, build, and maintain strategic email templates within Marketo, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Align email templates and foundational Marketo programs with tokenized assets for scalable, personalized communications
Set up and manage automation and AI-driven capabilities to dynamically populate email templates, reducing manual intervention
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and optimize workflows using tools such as Workato and Jira (experience with these platforms is a plus)
Monitor email campaign performance, deliverability, and data quality, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, templates, and best practices to support ongoing team enablement
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with Marketo, including email template creation, program setup, and process auditing
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and personalization strategies
Experience aligning email templates and Marketo programs with tokenized assets for dynamic content delivery
Demonstrated ability to implement automation and AI-driven solutions for email marketing (Workato and Jira experience preferred)
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and solving challenges
Advanced English communication skills at B2 level or above
