The Integrated Content Producer is a key onsite member of the Sea Island marketing team, responsible for developing, managing, and executing brand-aligned still and video content across a variety of platforms. From paid media and organic social to programmatic and display advertising, you ensure that content reflects the Sea Island brand identity and its standard for excellence. You are a hands‑on creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects across different channels. You are detail‑minded with strong organizational skills and a passion for visual storytelling, content formatting for digital use, and the nuances of adapting creative for specific paid platforms.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, the Integrated Content Producer will plan, produce, and handle post‑production to support marketing, digital, social, and operational needs. You will be responsible for reformatting creative for various uses and ensuring assets are correctly sized, optimized, and visually consistent. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. You understand the fundamentals of creative storytelling, brand alignment, and can work across both Mac and PC environments. You are familiar with Canon mirrorless DSLR systems and basic principles of lighting, composition, and framing. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help shape content that resonates across channels while maintaining Sea Island’s voice and aesthetic.

You will demonstrate a passion for genuine hospitality and a commitment to enriching the lives of our team members, club members, guests, and the community. You are expected to consistently uphold departmental standards for quality, timing, attendance, and appearance, while ensuring compliance with all Sea Island safety protocols. You are proactive and responsive and address maintenance or tidiness issues when they arise and collaborate across departments to help resolve them promptly and positively. You are flexible and willing to assist with other duties as requested, contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing team. You are willing and can timely execute other duties as delegated by leadership.
