We complete approximately 80–150 bathroom remodels each month and are known for providing fast, affordable, and high‑quality remodeling solutions.

Position Summary We are seeking a

Brand Ambassador

to join our team. This role is responsible for working in the retail stores (Lowe's and Home Depot) to increase customer awareness and generate leads for in‑home estimates.

Essential Responsibilities

While in the stores, you will keep our displays clean, stocked with brochures, and report any damages.

You will attend meetings and ongoing training development classes with Re-Bath to better your customer lead development skills.

You will attend inside and outside events as weather allows, requested by your assigned stores to help drive knowledge and lead generation.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Regular, predictable, and dependable attendance is required.

Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends. Part time and full time positions available.

Frequent phone and computer use.

Repetitive hand and wrist motion using a computer mouse.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Time‑off restrictions during peak business periods.

Regular reaching, grasping, and carrying items related to showroom upkeep.

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of customer service experience (preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Solutions‑focused, results‑driven, and compliance‑minded.

High‑energy professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Adaptable and flexible in a growing and evolving company.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Background Requirements

Must be able to pass a 50‑state background check.
