OVERALL JOB OBJECTIVE The Sr. Email Marketing Analyst will be responsible for planning, testing and executing emails and marketing automation initiatives to drive acquisition, engagement, conversion and loyalty across all Zumba's businesses. The role includes both email production and email strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, conversion and loyalty across all Zumba's businesses. Candidates must be able to perform light coding.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the strategic execution and in-depth analysis of email and push notification campaigns across diverse business units to drive engagement and revenue growth.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (creative, brand, events, technology, apparel, customer care, international) to optimize workflows, prioritize initiatives, and manage communication strategies using detailed project timelines.

Oversee rigorous QA processes in collaboration with brand managers, ensuring all email components—links, images, subject lines, personalization, and audience segmentation—are accurate, functional, and aligned with business goals.

Develop comprehensive performance reports for email campaigns and automation, leveraging data to highlight key successes, emerging trends, and actionable opportunities for channel optimization.

Provide strategic insights on the competitive landscape, guiding the adoption of innovative practices and maintaining leadership in email marketing excellence.

Monitor and enhance email deliverability metrics, driving initiatives to sustain list health and maximize audience reach.

Architect and refine complex lifecycle email journeys, implementing strategic recommendations to enhance performance and align with broader marketing objectives.

Conduct high-impact analyses to uncover opportunities for growth and deliver strategic recommendations on email campaign effectiveness.

Effectively communicate the value and impact of the email channel on key executive metrics, such as revenue, customer engagement, and retention.

Work directly with analysts to provide more in depth analysis and insights to deliver against business goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

5+ years of experience in email/digital marketing or related industries

Good understanding of advance segmentation logic

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email development

Proven experience with campaign analysis

Strong experience with email and personalization, live clickers/ Movable Ink

Experience using Photoshop, Figma, and Microsoft suites

Experience with Lead capture form and ZW shopify integration

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Able to work independently and also effectively collaborate with larger teams.

A passion to understand the tactics and technologies behind online marketing.

Must be organized, detail oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and result driven

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
