What You'll Do
Drive sales and build lasting relationships by meeting or exceeding sales targets and helping customers find products that meet their needs.
Become a vision expert by offering tailored advice and recommending eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle.
Learn and grow through hands‑on training while collaborating with experienced professionals to provide top‑tier service.
Collaborate and contribute to a positive, supportive environment that promotes team success.
Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the space clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Foster inclusion and respect for customers and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
Passion for customer service – experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others is key.
Sales savvy – thrive in a dynamic environment using communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented – comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions.
Fashion forward – keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.
Self‑motivated and adaptable – stay driven and resilient, adjusting to fast‑paced environments while seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
Pay Range: $16.90 – $20.68 per hour, plus potential bonus/commission and a total rewards package that may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off, and employee discounts.
