$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS - to qualify you must havea Colorado Real Estate License and 1 year sales experience.

$2500 paid after successful completion of 45 days of employment.

$2500 after 6 months. Must be active employee to be eligible. *Qualifier: an active Colorado Real Estate License and 1 year sales experience.

As a Sales Executive Trainee , a typical day will include:

Answer O wner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery.

Follow up on referrals/leads from O wners.

Fulfill requests from O wners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.

Contact O wners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).

Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.

Guest Experience and Company Standards :

Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs.

Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

Contribute to team goals.

Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Sales Executive T rainee :

Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

The incumbent is required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.

One-year related experience is preferred .

Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
