What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop business with national and regional accounts while managing sales strategy and budget

Ensure continuous improvement of commercial programs for assigned accounts

Monitor industry trends, collect competitor information, and provide reports to the Director of Sales

Foster effective relationships with technical support managers and conduct technical discussions or presentations

Identify customer needs and sell tailored solutions, while managing multiple projects simultaneously

What is Required (Qualifications):

Undergraduate or master’s degree in science, preferably in food technology or a related discipline

4-10 years of successful B2B sales experience in the pet food, human food, or feed industry/ingredients

Strong strategic and customer-focused profile for developing actionable plans

Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-direction and motivation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in pet food ingredient sales

Prior experience working in an international company

Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and build long-term partnerships

Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Familiarity with leveraging tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity
