Inside Sales Representative – Plumbing / HVAC

VP Supply Corp is a leading independent distributor of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical supplies, trusted by contractors and trade professionals for over 60 years. As we continue to grow in Florida, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, knows the industry, and wants to play a direct role in driving branch sales.

What You’ll Do

Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing fast, knowledgeable service

Drive inside sales by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on opportunities

Use plumbing and HVAC product knowledge (Residential) to recommend the right solutions

Partner closely with outside sales reps and branch operations to support territory growth

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value

Manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced sales environment

Deliver a positive, professional experience on every interaction

Requirements What We’re Looking For

5+ years of inside sales experience

Strong plumbing and/or HVAC industry knowledge

Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling priorities

Motivated by sales success, relationships, and growth
