Responsibilities

Manage sales activities for the Construction Tech Software Products of 123onsite - currently a top rated product in Germany within Construction Tech

Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships and act as the main contact for your assigned sales territory (Germany)

Identify and acquire new customers, representing and communicating innovative software solutions.

Advise clients in a solution-oriented manner, guiding them through the sales process to generate genuine value.

Take initiative in the acquisition and nurturing of new business, working independently and proactively to meet targets.

Directly contribute to revenue growth and the achievement of sales targets through active customer acquisition and retention.

Strengthen the company's position in the market by expanding customer base and deepening relationships within the AEC sector.

About you

3-5 years experience and a proven track record in Net New sales (Hunter)

Preferred experience in the AEC, Construction Tech and/or software industry (SaaS)

Experience selling in-person and virtually

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong initiative, and open to new ideas and creative approaches

Proactive, adaptable, and able to balance multiple accounts and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Flexibility and willingness to travel across Germany

Fluent German and English speaker

About us 123onsite was born out of an idea by the company’s founder and construction contractor Jürgen Bruns, who had been looking for a mobile time tracking solution for his business for quite some time and couldn’t find a suitable one – so he developed it himself.

The ulterior motive was to develop a software for construction companies that would make work much easier. This is done by having all the construction documentation directly incorporated into accounting & project management, and all of this captured with the tool that by now every construction worker has on his or her hands - the smartphone. Together with software developer Dominic Sander, Jürgen Bruns invented 123onsite, a smart and efficient solution. A few years later, the app has grown tremendously, and so has the company – with consistent growth averaging 60-80% annually, 123onsite has now become the market leader in mobile construction site management.
