Job Description
Gubagoo, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is the leader in conversational commerce for the automotive industry. We are currently seeking a UX Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design of innovative products. In this role, you will be immersed in the entire design process, from research and ideation to designing user experience and interface, prototyping and testing. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. You will collaborate alongside other designers and developers to come up with, and implement designs for real products.
Key Responsibilities
Implement designs for new features on existing and new products.
Apply user research to gather insights and understand user needs.
Create design flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma.
Engage in usability testing and interpret user feedback.
Occasionally conduct on‑site interviews/user research with dealers.
Requirements
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
Proficiency in Figma required.
Strong skills in designing user interfaces, including layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Experience with user research methods, creating user personas, and user flows.
Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and learn from discussions.
Online portfolio showcasing software design.
Ability to travel up to 10% annually.
