About the Role Elevare is looking for motivated recent graduates and early-career professionals to join our
Manager in Training Program . This role is designed to give you hands‑on experience in sales, leadership, and team development, while preparing you for management positions
based on your performance—not years of experience.
You’ll work in-person, representing leading national brands inside well-known retailers like Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.
Responsibilities
Represent client products and services inside retail locations
Build customer service and sales skills through real-world practice
Contribute to team and territory goals
Help train and support new team members
Strengthen leadership and management skills through mentorship
