Job Overview The Sales Professional is responsible for driving revenue growth by converting leads into sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role focuses on selling premium wellness products—including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and related offerings—by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Success in this position requires strong follow-up, accountability, professionalism, and the ability to build long‑term customer relationships in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 / Hourly
Responsibilities
Convert qualified leads into sales while building long‑term customer relationships
Sell luxury wellness products by understanding customer needs and recommending the best solutions
Drive revenue growth by following up on every lead in a timely manner using multiple channels (phone, text, email, social media)Track and manage leads and progress according to company guidelines
Monitor KPIs and proactively develop strategies to address opportunities
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and compliance with company policies
Follow all sales and operational processes consistently
Assist with showroom merchandising, cleaning, and replenishment as needed
Work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and some holidays
Conduct site visits to customers’ homes when required
Work primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor work for events or installations

Qualifications
Experience with financing options and payment plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Experience with lead management or CRM systems (preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to perform in a competitive sales environment
Dependable, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented
Ability to contribute to a positive, team‑focused workplace
Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 10 lbs. when needed
Must own and operate a smart phone
Must have reliable transportation
