Responsibilities:
Inspire, manage and coordinate the UX team
Be responsible for defining, communicating and executing the UX strategy and direction
Provide visual creative direction for digital products, our website, mobile application and print supports with a focus on user experience, brand communication, interaction, user interface designs and navigation concepts
Design, propose and implement new guidelines and procedures within broad principles and the vision set by the organisation
Drive a consistent and seamless experience across all channels
Profile:
5+ years of experience as a key member of a digital design team participating in the complete life-cycle of successfully launched websites and mobile applications
Experience working in fashion, e-commerce or a digital creative agency
Experience with responsive web design and app design for mobile and tablet
Solid UX foundations in research, testing, prototyping, information architecture and interaction design
Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or other visual arts is preferred
Excellent written, presentation and visual communication skills
