Asa Customer Relationship Representative (Logistics Coordinator), you will play avital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service bycoordinating shipping and logistics operations. You will work closely withproject managers and procurement teams to satisfy customer logistics needs,manage inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate effective communicationbetween all stakeholders. Your efforts will be essential in building strongcustomer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our products andservices.
How You’ll Make anImpact (responsibilities)
Serve as the primary point of contact forcustomers regarding logistics inquiries and issues and respond promptly tocustomer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Collaborate with project managers to understandproject timelines and logistics requirements.
Work closely with procurement teams to ensuretimely sourcing and availability of materials for shipping.
Maintain accurate records of customerinteractions, orders, and feedback in the CRM system
Prepare reports on customer inquiries, issues,and resolutions for management review.
Assist in the development of customer servicepolicies and procedures.
What You Bring(requirements)
Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field(preferred).
Provenexperience in customer service or logistics, preferably in a similar role.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapportwith customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Excellentproblem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
