About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Southeast Sales Representative to grow our footprint across Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Southern Kentucky.
This is a remote role, ideal for someone who thrives working independently while staying connected to the team. You’ll inherit a strong existing customer base while expanding into new accounts in the bakery, food production, and distribution markets. Periodic travel to Ohio may be required for plant tours, customer meetings, and team training.

What You’ll Do Grow and manage
an established multi-state book of business Drive new sales
by identifying, pursuing, and converting target accounts Promote packaging lines , including coated paper, PET/OPS trays, clamshells, baking cups, and specialty papers Partner with customers
to solve packaging needs and build long-term relationships Exceed sales goals
tied to both revenue growth and KPI performance metrics Collaborate internally
with production, logistics, customer service, and leadership teams Represent our core values
on every customer visit, call, and event Travel 50–70%
within the territory, plus travel to Ohio as required
What You Bring Minimum 3 years of successful outside sales experience in food packaging, paper, plastics, or similar industry Proven ability to manage and grow a multi-state territory Strong understanding of coated paper, PET/OPS packaging, and/or baking paper applications Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
