Role Description The Regional Sales Manager will oversee operations, strategy, and execution for the Southeast. Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing relationships with retail and distribution partners, and driving regional sales performance. The role will require working closely with distributor partners to ensure brand alignment and successful product launches. This is a full‑time remote position requiring flexible travel across assigned territories.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, account management, and building client relationships with a focus on the retail and beverage industries
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers and stakeholders
Strategic planning, market analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities
Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Willingness to travel regularly within the Southeast
5+ Years experience in the Beverage Industry
