For more information, please visit** **.*** Develop and manage client relationships independently, as well as the day-to-day management of accounts* Ensure smooth communication and regular reporting with clients, brand stakeholders, and internally within Wasserman Live and the wider group* Understand and evolve client briefs, actively contributing to strategic and creative thinking* Lead brainstorms, demonstrate creativity, and structure ideas based on strong industry knowledge* Produce high-quality written presentations, both in content and storytelling* Ensure project management excellence by putting the right systems and procedures in place and structuring them effectively* Plan and deliver projects, oversee on-site activations, create and manage budgets, and handle project administration* Manage client budgets on a daily basis, including pricing, profitability, budget approvals, and payments* Manage venue selection and bookings, ensuring all health & safety requirements and regulatory documentation are fully compliant* Coordinate and lead on-site teams, production partners, and all suppliers involved in project delivery* Develop and manage project schedules, as well as reporting, project sheets, and calendars* Define KPIs and evaluate campaigns, including key learnings and the production of strong case studies* Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts* Lead by example by setting high standards and ensuring best practices and a consistently high level of work quality* Ability to speak and read French and English* Proven experience in events / live experiences, both in the planning phase and on-site* Excellent account management skills* Excellent planning and project management abilities* Ability to influence decision-making processes, both internally within the agency and with client organizations* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines* Ability to react quickly and take appropriate action to resolve unforeseen issues* Ability to unite, motivate, and engage teams* Strong negotiation skills* Ability to analyze project performance and provide structured, well-supported feedback* Strong financial and budget management skills* Strong presentation skills (written and verbal), both internally and with clients and suppliers, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail* **Creative Thinking:** ability to propose innovative experiential ideasLe poste s’inscrit au sein de notre division Brand Experience chez Wasserman Live.
