Our client, an industry leader in aerospace, is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of the sales department supporting business development and customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for aerospace, which will align successfully within the organization.

Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm
What's the Job?
Support business development efforts by engaging with potential clients and exploring new opportunities
Manage customer order fulfillment, including quotations, order review, and order entry
Provide exceptional customer service by delivering product information and support
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management to drive success
What's Needed?
Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business, Math, Engineering, or Economics
Strong skills in MS Applications, including Excel.
Adept in SAP
Experience working in a sales environment with a focus on prospecting and pipeline development
Proficiency with electronic tools and systems relevant to sales functions
Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document activities clearly
