Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective customers professionally and promptly. Generate and qualify sales leads through follow-up communications and customer outreach. Schedule appointments and coordinate test drives with sales consultants. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the dealership’s CRM system. Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities. Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new vehicle models and dealership promotions. Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Previous experience in automotive sales or business development is preferred but not required.
