Portfolio Manager

SRH Advisors, LLC, a SEC registered investment firm with over $2 billion in AUM, based in Salina, KS, is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our small, collaborative team. We manage focused, low- turnover portfolios using a disciplined, long-term buy-and-hold philosophy. Our clients include closed-end funds, ETFs, and high net worth families. What You’ll Do: Conduct deep, bottom-up equity research Support portfolio construction and monitoring Attend Investment Committee Meetings Contribute to team discussions and investment ideas Use Excel and Bloomberg for analysis What We’re Looking For: 5–10 years of portfolio management or analyst experience CFA designation Passion for investing Attention to detail, well organized, self-motivated, and self-managed Outstanding integrity and discretion Strong understanding of value investing and long-term strategies Proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg Desire to join a focused investment team with a long-term vision and a disciplined approach What to Expect: Salary, 401(k), health insurance, and PTO, but no bonus structure 100% in-office in Salina KS Working closely with colleagues in a small office where you really get to know each other Potentially 2-3 days of travel 3 times per year for board meetings
