Operations Manager - Quality & Process Systems
Build the operating system for a high-volume B2B marketing and lead generation company. You'll have direct authority to enforce quality standards, pause workflows, and implement process improvements without committee approvals required.
The Role Own daily operations: Control room reporting, SOP documentation, quality audits, and Root Cause Analysis. Run the operating cadence (daily standups, weekly ops reviews, monthly retros). Implement sustainable process improvements using CAPA methodology.
You report directly to the Founder with full ownership of operational quality and process enforcement.
Requirements
5+ years as a Quality Manager, Process Manager, or Operations Manager in high-volume environments (BPO, logistics, marketing operations, or tech-enabled services)
Hands‑on experience building and enforcing SOPs, running quality audits, and leading Root Cause Analysis programs
Track record of implementing process improvements that reduced defects, improved throughput, or eliminated recurring failures
Comfortable making enforcement decisions independently and holding teams accountable to standards
Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Lean, or APICS certification preferred
