Salesforce Business Analyst - Poland Based - Remote - 6 Month Contract!
We are currently representing an industry leading manufacturing client of ours who have just released an exciting new opportunity. Our client is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support and enhance their Salesforce platform across key business functions.
This role will suit a hands on Business Analyst with strong Salesforce knowledge and experience working with Sales and Service cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Support and optimise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a manufacturing environment
Requirements
5+ years’ experience within Salesforce
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
