Senior Brand Experience Designer – San Francisco, CA
- Lead the design and execution of high-impact brand experiences across digital, physical, and environmental platforms.
- Define, maintain, and evolve Nokia’s visual language across all communication platforms.
- Develop brand storytelling assets, including presentations, packaging, motion graphics, and interactive media.
- Create executive-level presentations and visuals that communicate complex ideas in a clear, compelling way.
- Design and manage brand campaigns that enhance Nokia’s internal culture and external perception.
- Establish and evolve visual identity guidelines, ensuring best-in-class design standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to develop creative solutions to business challenges.
- Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Responsible for contribution to teamwork.
- Carry out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines.
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability to changing business environments.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Web Design, Media Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields, and 1 year of related work experience.
- Experience with Adobe CS Creative Suite, Figma, and motion‑design software.
- Experience with interactive animation and prototyping tools such as Adobe After Effects or Principle.
- Experience using Maze for usability testing.
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
- Experience designing presentations, packaging, and visuals for internal projects and campaigns.
Domestic travel up to 10% required.
International travel up to 5% required.
Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of San Francisco, CA may be permitted up to 60%.
