Qualifications:
- EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, & EDUCATION (IF APPLICABLE) REQUIRED
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably within an advertising agency or lifestyle brand.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Proven success in creating innovative and creative campaigns that effectively engage and inspire consumers.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in understanding emerging digital trends and landscapes.
- Superior project management skills with the capability to oversee complex, integrated campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with the foresight to anticipate trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in planning, prioritizing, and executing projects successfully.
- Possess an entrepreneurial, "can-do" mindset, supported by a commitment to continuous learning and implementation of industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, lead, and develop a team, while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- A creative thinker and innovator who excels in generating new ideas.
