Director of Fund Development & Engagement

Are you a relationship-builder and experienced grant writer who's passionate about growing strong businesses and communities? Northern Lakes Economic Alliance (NLEA) is hiring a Director of Fund Development & Engagement to lead donor relations, fundraising strategy, and engagement for our regional economic development organization.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute annual fundraising and donor engagement strategies
• Cultivate and steward investors/donors, and philanthropic partners
• Lead grant research, writing, and reporting
• Strengthen stakeholder engagement
• Oversee events and sponsorship development

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant experienc
• Strong relationship-building and communication skill
• Proven success securing donations, sponsorships, and grants
• Passion for strengthening regional economic and community vitalit
