For more information, please visit** **.****WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**The Senior Account Manager will sit in the Performance team within Brands and Properties. Our key focus as a department is to provide a quicker path to audience and commercial growth – bringing fans closer to what they love, and our clients closer to fans to maximise ROI. Someone who is enthusiastic about digital marketing and able to work both independently and as part of a team and excited to be a part of driving our business forward.This role will report into an Associate Director.**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:*** Own day-to-day performance marketing delivery for North American Performance clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.* Manage key stakeholder relationships (clients, rights-holders, partners, suppliers), establishing clear governance, comms cadence, and escalation paths.* Translate client core objectives, budget parameters, and commercial goals into channel strategies and test-and-learn roadmaps across fan engagement, first-party audience growth, and insight collection.* Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimisation, ensuring rigorous measurement, A/B testing, and continuous improvement against KPIs.* Lead reporting and performance evaluation for digital campaigns and activations, delivering clear, concise narratives that connect data to business outcomes.* Partner with product/tech teams to scope, brief, and test enhancements to digital platforms (microsites, apps, gamification) that impact acquisition, conversion, and retention of sports fans.* Champion first-party data best practice, audience capture, consent, enrichment, segmentation, and activation, leveraging our CDP/CRM to drive activation.* Provide strategic consultancy on audience growth and commercialisation, including digital funnel design, pricing/promotions, and partnerships.* Collaborate closely with the Associate Director on account growth, develop scopes, costings, and roadmaps; contribute to pitch responses and new business strategy.* Manage and coach junior team members to deliver accurately, efficiently, and on time; set priorities, review output quality, and drive best-practice adoption.* Stay current on digital tech, ad platforms, privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), analytics, and measurement trends to inform planning and optimisation.* Build and present internal/external performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, and strategic recommendations that align to commercial objectives.* Track time and financials daily for accurate billing and forecasting.**THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED*** 3–4+ years in performance/digital marketing (agency experience strongly preferred) managing multi-channel campaigns and large client stakeholders.* Deep understanding of the current performance landscape, paid media, measurement, attribution, data & privacy, and audience strategy across the full funnel.* Clear, confident communicator with exceptional project management skills; adept at simplifying complex data into actionable storytelling.* Extremely organised with a strong work ethic; thrives in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.* Advanced MS PowerPoint skills for crafting of presentations that connect insights to outcomes with compelling narratives, not just charts.* Strong MS Excel skills, able to derive optimisation recommendations from first-party data sets.* Working knowledge of tagging/measurement with some knowledge of Figma/Photoshop is useful for the role but not essential.* Experience with CRM/CDP and first-party data activation preferred; familiarity with web/app development processes and analytics implementation.* Interest in the sports industry preferred, with a commercial mindset focused on audience growth and monetisation.Base salary range: $76k-$83k, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
