Responsibilities
Assist in site merchandising by updating assets, taxonomy, and product listings using content management systems (CMS)
Complete Service Desk and Asana requests for new products, updates, and promotions following an Agile methodology
Conduct regular product catalog checks to maintain quality and troubleshoot listing errors
Collaborate with the email development team on landing pages for email, SMS, and mailer campaigns
Ensure quality assurance (QA) of content and merchandising execution to optimize customer experience
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and structured approach to tasks
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various stakeholders
Experience in eCommerce operations or related fields
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and Agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing or eCommerce analytics
Familiarity with email campaign execution and testing
Previous work in a veterinary or animal health-related environment
Understanding of customer analytics and behavior analysis
Knowledge of site personalization strategies
