In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling AI-powered data solutions on Microsoft Fabric, enabling our clients to make smarter, faster decisions. Responsibilities At least 10+ Years of IT experience Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric using Synapse, Data Factory, and OneLake Develop and deploy AI/ML models integrated into the Fabric ecosystem to drive predictive insights and automation. Collaborate with data engineers, domain experts, and business stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable solutions. Monitor and fine-tune model performance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and interpretability. Enable real-time and batch analytics that serve both strategic and operational needs. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards around governance, security, and interoperability Qualifications Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure-based data platforms (e.g., Synapse, Azure ML, OneLake). Strong programming skills in Python and/or R, with hands-on experience in building machine learning models. Solid grasp of data modeling concepts including Data Vault and star schema. Familiarity with data lakehouse architectures and modern data governance frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and MLOps tools.
