The Role
Juvenon is looking for an Ad Content Specialist who will be responsible for blowing up news-feeds through engaging direct-response Facebook/Instagram/TikTok video ads. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for storytelling along with the technical shooting and editing skills to tell them. Additionally, candidates should be well‑versed in the FB/IG platforms as both a user and a creator. Prior marketing/advertising experience is preferred but not necessary — we’re looking for someone who can consistently create quality direct‑response ad content.

Candidates must be comfortable performing on camera without being too concerned about their personal image. Ideally, candidates will possess a desire to perform along with an electric on‑camera personality. This is a 6‑month contractual role with the opportunity to renew and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

Create between 3‑5 Facebook and Instagram video concepts per week

Shoot and edit video content based on source material such as a script or a creative brief

Develop scripts and execute on them in addition to being given source material

Constantly scan social platforms to identify trends and adapt them into ad concepts

Collaborate closely with marketing, growth analytics and other teams

Gain an in‑depth knowledge of how ad creative impacts performance metrics and business revenue

Provide support on various creative initiatives that interest you

About you

Strong editing skill set with proficiency in Premiere

Sharp writing skills with a keen interest in the direct‑response style

Knowledge of American culture, trends, memes, viral video styles, and more

Possess a passion for visual storytelling and a desire to learn more

An interest in learning the data behind what’s making your ads work

Enjoy being on camera and not afraid to take creative risks

Energetic, witty, and with a good sense of humor

Gets things done without perfect resources, is innovative, and works with a sense of urgency

Proactively help others, stays positive

Has high standards, takes ownership, and is invested in the outcome

If the United States is home, authorized to work now and in the future without sponsorship
