The Opportunity We are seeking a charismatic, high‑energy Field Sales Consultant to join a growing sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship‑driven sales, enjoys educating providers, and excels in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
Promote and sell products to existing and new customers within an assigned territory using cold calling, referrals, and strategic prospecting
Drive demand through effective product promotion, approved programs, and field‑based initiatives
Execute direct selling strategies to expand market presence and increase sell‑through
Develop and coordinate physician training programs to support in‑practice services
Host product and educational sessions to build credibility and serve as a trusted resource to key accounts
Implement marketing strategies aligned with company initiatives and market trends
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key accounts
Actively participate in sales meetings, regional calls, and company‑led business initiatives
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; Business, Healthcare Administration, or Life Sciences preferred
3–5+ years of direct B2B field sales experience managing 40–50+ accounts within a defined territory
Background in dermatology, skincare, aesthetics, specialty pharma, or beauty strongly preferred
Proven track record of consistent, high‑level sales performance
Ability to travel locally up to 25%, including overnight as needed
Strong negotiation skills with a confident, relationship‑focused communication style
Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
Experience building relationships with Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Medical Spas, and cosmetic practices
Positive, energetic mindset with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
