Director, Compliance Marketing & Advertising

A large asset management company located in Greenwich, Connecticut is looking to bring on board a "Director, Compliance Marketing & Advertising" to join their team. The position requires being in the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations related to the firm's promotional content review process, including the evaluation of digital, print, and social media materials to ensure alignment with internal governance standards and external regulatory expectations for both advisory and brokerage entities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, and Communications—to ensure messaging consistency, policy adherence, and streamlined approval workflows for client-facing content.
• Stay informed on evolving regulatory developments to ensure business practices reflect current industry standards and provide relevant guidance to team members.
• Conduct focused reviews to ensure compliance with product-specific regulatory requirements, particularly in the area of investment vehicles, digital disclosures, and public-facing documentation.
