Hospitalist Department Hospitalist Location Confluence Health | Wenatchee Valley Medical Center / Wenatchee and Moses Lake Position Description Seeking BE/BC Internists for our for growing, established Hospitalist program. 100% inpatient practice with solid support from primary care and specialist partners. Primary location is Central WA Hospital in Wenatchee with outreach to Moses Lake, Samaritan Hospital for one week every 6 weeks. Customized block schedule utilizing Lightning Bolt designed to match continuity in patient care with flexibility in physician requests (7 days on - 7 days off ; 15 shifts/month). ICU work available, but not required. Five teams of Hospitalists cover approximately 75% of the admitted patients (about 14-15 patients per day). We also employ PA-C/ARNPs and we work closely with case managers, pharmacists, and therapists. Established protocols, rapid response teams are in place. Clinical faculty appointments are available by teaching University of Washington Medical School students.
