LTC Sales Representative
with experience selling to long term care facilities in Northern and Western Michigan to help grow our long-term care pharmacy division.

Has experience and connections in the LTC arena
Loves opening doors and securing new accounts
Is confident speaking with healthcare leaders and decision-makers
Enjoys creating sales strategies, tools, and marketing approaches

What You’ll Do:
Develop new business and secure LTC pharmacy accounts
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Set and execute annual sales goals alongside leadership
Represent the pharmacy at trade shows and industry events
Create, plan, and implement marketing and outreach strategies
Be the professional, enthusiastic “face” of our pharmacy
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5+ years of sales experience (healthcare/LTC preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with CRM systems, reports, and presentations
Creative, persistent, and results-driven
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
