The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic, commercially minded HR Director with the credibility and confidence to influence at the highest levels.

Reporting into the VP, HR Business Partnering and TalentManagement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a future-ready organization. Partnering closely across the business and wider HR team, you will translatestrategy into action, ensuring our people agenda fuels growth, performance, and belonging.
This is a highly visible leadership role for an HR professional who thrives in transformation, brings commercial acumen, and is passionate about building modern, high-impact people practices.
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? Role responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating strategy into actionable people priorities.
Partner with business leaders to shape and deliver organisation design, workforce plans, and talent strategies that support scale and innovation.
Collaborate on complex talent and organisation design initiatives, coaching leadership teams through transformation and change.
Partner with Talent Management and HR Operations to ensure alignment between strategy, program delivery, and execution quality.
Use data, analytics, and insight to guide workforce planning, performance, and talent decisions.
Partner with business and functional leaders to deliver key people programs (performance management, compensation, workforce planning, L&D, DEI, engagement) with measurable outcomes.
Navigate the complexities of a distributed, multi-country workforce, ensuring compliance and consistency in approach.
Partner with HR Operations and Legal on mobility, immigration, and workforce deployment strategies.
Tailor HR partnership to business area maturity, scale, and growth trajectory to ensure impact and relevance.
Champion Envision's values — Excellence, People, and Growth — through programs that enhance belonging, recognition, and engagement.
Partner with business leaders to execute company and localised strategies to drive initiatives for belonging, recognition, and employee engagement, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace.
Operational Excellence Lead and role‑model a partnership approach that ensures consistent, high-quality HRBP delivery across all business areas.
Partner with business leaders on succession planning, talent calibration, and change management initiatives that support enterprise priorities.
Serve as a coach and mentor to the Senior HRBP, building a strong internal bench of future HR leaders.
Do you have what we are looking for? Skills & expertise
12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant HRBP leadership in complex, high‑growth, or matrixed organizations.
Proven experience partnering with commercial, sales, or marketing functions in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment highly preferred.
Experience of working in a large to mid‑size healthcare or tech/enabled industry highly preferred.
A strong ability to quickly understand the business and translate insight into practical, high‑impact people solutions.
Proven experience embedding people strategy within business objectives and executing impactful programs.
Strong record of leading through transformation, scaling teams, and driving organization effectiveness.
Experience supporting globally distributed teams and managing across multiple employment frameworks.
