The Role The National Admissions Representative is a high-energy, driven admissions advisor who represents the University of Advancing Technology on the road, traveling across the United States to visit high schools, community colleges, and college fairs. You’ll be the face of UAT, connecting with technology-minded students and showing them what’s possible through a bachelor’s degree in STEM. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, travel, and making a real impact by helping students take the next step toward their future.

You’ll build genuine relationships with high school students, counselors, teachers, and families while sharing the value of our elite private university and its innovative academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

Understand UAT’s unique culture and recruit students who fit within it.

Develop, manage, and grow assigned recruitment territories by connecting with high school counselors and scheduling classroom presentations.

Deliver engaging, accurate, high-energy classroom presentations that showcase UAT’s elite technology programs and generate student interest.

Create recruitment strategies to increase prospective student inquiries and enrollments across both new and existing accounts.

Represent UAT at national college fairs and similar recruitment events.

Attend mandatory on-campus recruitment events and organizational trainings.

Thrive in a goals-driven environment that uses metrics and reporting to track success and improve performance.

Accurately collect and transmit prospective student information into our CRM (HubSpot) and maintain consistent communication within the system.

Maintain flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.

90% travel required, including local Arizona and national travel.

Skills / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.

Demonstrate success in recruitment, sales, and development.

Important Notes

This role is not confined to standard 9am-6pm working hours.

While the role involves extensive travel, the expectation is that the NAR resides in Arizona and works from our Tempe campus when not traveling or presenting.

Salary and Benefits Annual salary of $60,000-$76,000, depending on education and experience.
