ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide exemplary customer service, proactively solving resident issues and creating a welcoming environment.
Abide by federal fair housing standards and all applicable laws.
Develop professional skills and strive for continual growth.
Represent the company with a professional image, interfacing with residents, vendors, and owners.
Operate computers and other technology on site.
Represent the community via phone and written communication.
Maintain a neat office and serve as a point of contact.
Conduct prospective resident tours and showcase the property with pride.
Resolve resident issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and safety.
Participate in resident events, marketing campaigns, and retention initiatives.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE
1 year of affordable or conventional property management experience preferred.
Previous leasing experience preferred.
Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.
Experience working within a team to meet success goals.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Frequent sitting, standing, walking; regular speaking and hearing.
Use hands or fingers for handling objects and tools.
Occasional climbing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Standard office environment with moderate noise levels and temperature.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel up to 5% of the time.
