Associate Director Of Audience Enablement

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is the global media platform for Publicis Groupe. PMX created an Addressable Media practice, called PMX Lift. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel planning, execution, and measurement. To accommodate increased demand, the PMX Lift team is adding to our Audience Enablement department, responsible for driving education and implementation of Data and Audience Strategy. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Associate Director of Audience Enablement to join the growing team and help drive all aspects of building and executing PMX Lift campaigns across a range of categories. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, audience based deterministic landscape, this role will have the chance to work across a variety of client brands and category verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts. Responsibilities

Oversee supervisors and provide guidance on tasks and deliverables, managing with empathy, respect, and integrity. Leadership of all audience-based product for designated agencies and day-to-day video leadership contacts. Track and enforce timely workflows by ensuring all parties are meeting deadlines and providing required deliverables. Key point of contact for Client Enablement for general audience & data inquiries. Answer complex questions with comfortability, in subjects like partner capabilities, audience sizing feasibility, and campaign best practices. Act as a subject matter expert on PMX Lift proprietary technology, as well as relevant outside data and technology sources and workflows. Own relationships with the data and technology marketplace on behalf of PMX Lift. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. 7-9 years of experience within an agency or media company, including team management. Strong understanding of traditional and digital media. Experience with Advanced TV platforms and technologies and/or programmatic systems (DSP, SSP), ad delivery mechanics, identity, and attribution. Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure audience-based campaigns, both programmatically and through direct IO. Experience in managing and mentoring teams, developing talent, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Ability to move efficiently across multiple campaigns, managing priorities and workflow. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills to drive actionable insights and decisions. Ability to adapt to industry trends and embrace new technologies or methodologies. Proficiency in process documentation and workflow optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining media strategies to clients and stakeholders. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to think creatively. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrated experience in cross-team collaboration and leading strategic initiatives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, data analysis, and project management tools (e.g., Tableau, Jira).

Compensation Range: USD $95,950.00 - $150,995.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
