Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Product Photographer to join our creative team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of our photo content creation process, from field and studio shoots to post-production. If you love the outdoors, have strong product photography skills, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we’d like to meet you.
This position is based in-office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Key Responsibilities:
Shoot lifestyle imagery on-location in a variety of environments and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Assist in setting up and breaking down photo equipment during outdoor shoots.
Help transport and manage gear, ensuring all equipment is properly handled.
Participate in camping trips and outdoor activities as part of the production process.
Operate camera equipment to capture images as needed.
Shoot white backdrop work as well as stylized studio work.
Shoot 360 images.
Occasionally handle corporate headshots and other internal work.
Shoot elements to be later composited.
Edit images using mainly Adobe LR and PS.
Organize and catalog image assets for easy retrieval and workflow efficiency.
Meet deadlines and communicate effectively within project management software.
Work closely with the videographer, photographer, and creative manager to support project goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new video content ideas.
Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance overall video quality.
Qualifications: Passion for the Outdoors
Comfortable with camping and outdoor activities in various weather conditions.
Strong appreciation for outdoor gear and lifestyle.
Technical Skills
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of photo equipment and techniques.
Experience with photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
Ability to operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras effectively.
Portfolio showcasing previous video work is required.
Physical Ability
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.
Skills and Competencies:

Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including international partners.
