What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive sales growth and profitability by managing assigned territory and conducting field sales activities
Develop and implement sales strategies, tools, and programs tailored to the specific needs of accounts
Act as a product specialist, providing expertise and support to the sales team and customers
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clinicians, physicians, and key decision‑makers
Conduct presentations on product lines, addressing customer concerns and facilitating product evaluations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota‑based sales experience, or at least 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years of tangible product sales and account management experience
Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment
Strong communication and customer service skills to build effective client relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft products and experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in cold calling and full‑cycle sales
Ability to organize and present clinical or technical information effectively
Strong financial acumen to manage contract figures and understand financial aspects
Familiarity with medical equipment and industry regulations
Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
