Position Summary

Carat Content & Media Solutions is looking for an Associate Director (AD) to lead strategy, implementation, and measurement for Procter & Gamble's Corporate Citizenship projects. You will create media and content-led ideas, partnering with Directors, Managers, and Specialists (Video, Audio, Digital, Operations) across planning, execution, and program management. You will help shape P&G's innovation and expansion through media channels, brand entertainment, and content projects.

You will be a media and content-focused advertising professional with experience in content development, brand entertainment integrations, program management, compliance, media planning, production, execution, and analytics.

What You Will Do
  • Develop strategic media and content solutions aligned with business and marketing goals, supported by data and insights.
  • Stay current on media, content, and technology trends to inform client strategies.
  • Collaborate across P&G and Carat teams to align priorities and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Partner with P&G clients and entertainment industry partnersmedia companies, production teams, networks, and agencies.
  • Pursue new entertainment opportunities and manage existing partnerships.
  • Provide cost/value recommendations and develop impactful activations.
  • Oversee media integration agreements and tactical plans with suppliers and activation teams.
  • Ensure accurate media plans
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and trend POVs.
  • Manage expectations, deliverables, and program recaps per agency/client guidelines.
  • Develop paid, owned, and earned media ecosystems based on insights and strategy.
  • Manage direct reports on financial reporting, budgets, and trackers.
  • Be a cross-agency liaison for content and media.
  • Participate in creative approvals, shoots, and production reviews.
  • Travel to support program success and activation.
Qualifications
  • You have 5+ years in advertising/media planning (digital, social, influencer, PR, video, or creative).
  • You have client servicing, communication, and project management skills.
  • You can lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and solve challenges under pressure.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and social platforms; MediaTools experience.
  • Willing to travel quarterly.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850 annually. We base placement within the salary range on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
