This position requires writing, planning and creative skills to develop, produce and manage Mercy internal and external communications with consistent messaging and tone of voice. Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism or similar field.

Experience Requirements
- 8+ years of copywriting experience
- Experience working with a master brand and a portfolio of work that reflects it

Skill Requirements
- Excellent written communications skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of online content creation
- Experience with online newsletter development and editing
- HTML-based communication experience
- Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Word processing (Microsoft Word)
- Passion for creative work
- High energy and ability to work independently as a self-starter when necessary
- Ability to work well on a team
- Creativity, flexibility and dependability
