The role involves owning the product storytelling framework, ensuring creative consistency across all touchpoints, and leading a high-performing creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce storytelling, PDP optimization, and customer journey design, and will be adept at using data and insights to inform and optimize creative strategies.
