Type: Full Time, On-Site (not hybrid, not remote)

Were looking for a highly organized, client-facing Project Manager to join our creative production and marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, loves keeping teams on track, and gets excited about working on photo and video productions.

Youll be managing multiple teams, client projects, production timelines, and creative workflows making sure everything runs smoothly from concept to delivery.

What youll be doing

• Manage end-to-end creative projects across photo, video, and digital campaigns
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients leading calls, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication
• Build and manage project timelines, shot lists, production schedules, and deliverables
• Oversee on-set production logistics including call sheets, schedules, and crew coordination
• Track budgets, timelines, and project performance
• Identify bottlenecks and solve problems before they become fires
• Keep projects organized, on time, and on brand

• 2 years of project management experience

• Experience working on photo or video productions
• Production coordination or line production experience
• Agency or studio experience
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Google Drive, etc.
• Experience managing freelancers, crews, and vendors

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience
