Project Details Job Title: English into Romanian Creative UI and Marketing Senior Translator/Reviewer Start Date: ASAP Location: Remote (based in US or Canada, or able to work in US hours) Task Type: Translation, Copy Edit Estimated Work Volumes: 15 hours/week Employment Type: Freelance We are looking for English into Romanian translators to join our growing team for a music streaming company that offers music streaming, podcasts, and other entertainment services. You will take ownership of incoming work and actively contribute to the success of the program. Main Duties Translate and review content from English into Romanian with the original meaning conveyed in a manner that is readable and understandable to the target audience. Content types: "Informational", "Legal", "Marketing", "Product", "Support". Use CAT tool Smartling. Required Skills Minimum 3 years' experience translating and reviewing content in the specified subject matter. Proficient in marketing, product, and informational translation. Well-versed in various translation and terminology tools. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Degree of proficiency in Romanian. Native fluency in the target language. Degree in linguistics, translation, or equivalent experience. Able to follow instructions, e.g., character restrictions. Able to communicate effectively the rationale behind transcreation decisions.
