CLASSICS
(College of Liberal Arts Students Serving, Inspiring, Connecting, and Supporting) serve as critical representatives of the College of Liberal Arts, providing comprehensive support to prospective students, current students, alumni, donors, and campus visitors. They are responsible for creating exceptional campus experiences through personalized engagement, information sharing, and high‑quality customer service. Ambassadors play a key role in representing the college at events, managing communication strategies, and supporting the Student Services office to ensure student success and positive institutional representation. Essential Functions
Greet students and visitors and provide a welcoming environment Provide information to prospective students in both individual meetings and at recruitment events regarding academic majors and the student experience Conduct tours of CLA programs and campus Manage communication campaigns and strategies for prospective students via mail, email, and phone Assist CLA students in the advising office with checking in and making appointments Answer the phone and provide answers to commonly asked questions Assist with day‑to‑day operations in student services Attend and represent the college at CLA engagement events and programs Engage with alumni and other CLA stakeholders Travel to events or meetings to represent the college Attend scheduled training and weekly team meetings Complete other office duties as assigned Work 10‑15 hours each week Why Work at Auburn?

Minimum Qualifications
Be an enrolled Auburn University College of Liberal Arts undergraduate major Sophomore standing by the start of fall semester of employment 3.0 cumulative Auburn University GPA or higher Available to work weekly office hours Available to attend training (May 4‑7) and professional development sessions Possess excellent communication skills Available to work additional hours outside of regular office hours as needed Preferred Qualifications
Available to work Camp War Eagle (summer 2026) Available to work office hours during summer outside of CWE schedule Willingness to learn and maintain subject matter specialty Pay Rate $10.00/hour Work Hours 10‑20 City position is located in: Auburn,
