Atlas Copco Italy is looking for a new employee who will become our Sales Area Manager for Emilia Romagna region.
You will be part of the Process Filtration team, taking care of Atlas Copco products and customers in the assigned territory.
You will deal with a challenging market, guaranteeing the best-in-class service to our customer, giving attention, advice and excellence.
You will be assigned a challenging target to work on… but don’t worry: we will provide you all the tools, trainings, motivation and the support of a team of expertise, that you will need to accomplish your goals.
We are looking for…
A salesperson, living in one of the regions above, who has developed at least 3 years of experience in an industrial context. An experience in the process filtration would be considered as a plus. As we are a multinational company, English knowledge (intermediate – B1/B2) is mandatory. How would you understand where to go and on which customers focus in? Obviously with a CRM! In Atlas Copco, its name is Cloud for Customer and you should be used to work with a CRM before coming in. Your main responsibilities will be: to develop and grow Process Filtration market share in the assigned area to develop relationship with customers, key accounts and distributors and create opportunity with new customers and distributors to be able to demonstrate high integrity with a growth mindset to develop technical competence to prepare quotes and promote technically our products, focusing on their benefits to be able to use CRM to monitor and follow up projects to keep forecast (monthly and quarterly) & projects reporting updated to provide sales data, monthly reports, and the recording of visit and action reports (including lost order reports) and analysis of sales performance against budgets Atlas Copco delivers innovative products and solutions that help businesses grow and drive progress.
