Senior Director, Product Design Chime Salary: $292,400$372,800 base (may vary by location, experience), plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Were looking for a Senior Director of Product Design to lead and inspire our talented product design team. Your leadership will shape how we deliver visually appealing and highquality mobile products, making financial progress accessible for everyone. Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance. Define and drive Chimes product design vision, ensuring we create mobile experiences that are visually stunning and easy to use. Oversee endtoend design execution, from user research and wireframing to highfidelity visuals and productionready assets. Champion a humancentered design approach, leveraging data and user insights to drive decisions. Ensure consistency and excellence in our design language and systems across all products. Advocate for the importance of design in driving business growth and consumer trust. 10+ years of experience in product design, with 5+ years leading highperforming design teams. ~ Expertise in mobilefirst design principles, UX best practices, and visual storytelling. ~ Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow teams, instilling a culture of design excellence. ~ Experience working closely with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into engaging user experiences. ~ Deep understanding of user research, datadriven design, and usability testing. ~ Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, iterative environment and passion for making financial tools more accessible.
