Director of Community Management Job Description What You’ll Do:

As the Director of Community Management, you will oversee day-to-day operations and asset performance of a portfolio of urban market-rate properties across Columbus, Ohio. This role will offer critical support and guidance to property teams in collaboration with operations, accounting, marketing and facilities departments.

What You’ll be Responsible for:

Oversee day-to-day property management operations ensuring high-quality service to site teams.

Oversight of property financials and budget demonstrating a high-level of fiscal responsibility.

Collaborating directly with departments leads to supporting the company’s vision and initiatives.

Oversee new lease and renewal performance by monitoring conversion rates, system settings and site team performance.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, transparency and continuous improvement.

Work with site teams to quickly and effectively resolve resident concerns.

Ensure site reputation properly reflects the high-level experience expectations of our properties.

Participate in all recruiting efforts of the site team.

Collaborate with asset management and development on current and future pipeline of new luxury lease up properties.

Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with aesthetic standards and adherence to policy.

Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school degree or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Proficiency with property management software systems such as Entrata.

Strong organizational skills, communication skills and work ethic.

Previous experience working in a leadership position on-site required.

Strong cross-functional and relationship-building skills with department leaders.
